Australia: ABS Labour Force Figures, released today, unemployment rate decreased 0.4 points to 3.7%↓The participation rate increased to 66.7%.↑ Monthly hours worked increased to 1,933 million hours.↑
China: Bureau of Labor Statistics, released March 18, the unemployment rate increased 0.1 points to 5.3%.↑
USA: Bureau of Labor Statistics, released March 8, the unemployment rate increased 0.2 points to 3.9%↑
UK: Bureau of Labor Statistics, released March 12, the unemployment rate increased 0.1 points to 3.9%.↑
New Zealand: Statistics New Zealand, released February 6, the unemployment rate increased0.1 points in the fourth quarter to 4.0%.↑
Germany: StatisticsGermany, released February 29,the unemployment rate remained steady at 5.9%↔
France: Insee France, released February 13, the unemployment rate remained steady in the fourth quarterat 7.5%↔
Spain: Instituto Nacional de Estadistica, released January 26, unemployment rate decreased 0.8 points in the fourth quarter to 11.76%. ↓
Monthly Consumer Price Index Indicator: released February 28, the annual movement for the monthly CPI indicator excluding volatile items and holiday travel rose 4.1% in January, down from the rise of 4.2% in December.↓
Roy Morgan Consumer Confidence: released March 19, ANZ-Roy Morgan Consumer Confidence was virtually unchanged at 81.7 this week. ↓ The index has now spent a record 59 straight weeks below the mark of 85.

ANZ-Indeed Australian Job Ads released March 4, ANZ-Indeed Australian Job Ads fell 2.8% m/m in February following a significant upward revision in January to 3.4% m/m from 1.7% m/m. In trend terms, the series declined 0.2%m/m. While ANZ-Indeed Job Ads has fallen 16.6% from the November 2022 peak, the series is still 37.8% higher than pre-pandemic levels.↓
Job Vacancy Rates: ABS Labour Force Figures, released January 10, total job vacancies for the November 2023 quarter were 388,800, a decrease of 0.7% from August 2023. ↓
