We offer clients a six-month replacement guarantee for all our permanently placed candidates. We are invested in their success and stay in close contact during that first six months to ensure the candidate has a good start in the organisation and that you and the candidate are happy.
If the worst were to happen and they leave you or you decide to terminate their employment within six months of them starting, we will replace our placed candidate.
